HROI Celebrates a Decade in the PEO Industry

This year, HROI celebrates 10 years as a Professional Employer Organization (PEO) . In May of 2001, HROI President & CEO Tim Mitchell founded the company after working a dozen years in the PEO industry.
Since that time, HROI has grown to be the largest Georgia-based PEO. While gradually adding value added services for its clients over the years, HROI has grown into a full service HR department for small to medium-sized business. In addition to offering payroll processing, employee benefits and Workers' Comp, HROI also offers HR components such as resume screening, permanent placement, and background checks, along with bill payment and reconciling.
“We got to where we are today because of hard work and a dedicated staff. The old saying is true,” Mitchell said. “You get back what you put in. We have the best employees in the industry, and I am proud to say that our team has over 100 years combined experience.”
